We have been here for a couple of months and so far so good. Awkwardly quiet community. Nice folks. No security issues so far. Had some minor maintenance issues when we moved in but Santos fixed them quickly. Really nice man. Office staff has been consistently professional and prompt with communication and everything before and after our move here. Aniyah helped us with a smooth transition into the unit. She made things easy to be here as we moved. We love it so far. If anything changes i will amend or update this review, but we love it.
Leasing office staff Anaiya and Sherrell are amazing! They are always very friendly, prompt, and professional when I need their assistance. I moved from out of state and they made sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed in the moving process.
The community is very quiet and neighbors are friendly when I encounter them. Community activities and contests are very exciting to have and I can’t wait to participate.
Always friendly staff and quick responses. As a vendor it’s important to be able to get in contact with management in a timely manner and they are eager to help and response back quickly. Anaiya in the office has been super helpful and knowledgeable about units and products used. Thank you for being a great partner!
RUN FAR AWAY! I would give this place a negative stars 0 stars if I could. I have been dealing with serious mold for 3 MONTHS now they still haven’t taken care of it. pipes keep bursting and flooding my apartment and they don’t fix it they just sump pump the water and say it’s gone. They don’t fix issues, they don’t have anybody above the property manager they say they fix issues and don’t. I have made complaints and maintenance requests that have gone not fixed. Me and my son have gotten sick from the mold issues. And the water damage. Rats were coming through holes and eating up my toilet paper and my things under my sink. There are sooo many issues to list. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a person I hated. RUN FAR AWAY! Staff is rude and will act nice when you come visit to look. Maintenance doesn’t do there jobs.
The community is really quiet. There’s no ruckus happened throughout the apartments. They really try to stay on point with getting work orders done. Front office staff is always changing, but everyone that comes in is always nice & helpful! Sherrell does a great job a managing the property and getting things done to the best of her abilities!
I rather live in a shelter than here! This place has a lot of issues!!! Management don't know they're left from their right!! I have never seen a place trying to evict someone for not wanting to wait for housing payments. They charge us for pest control and that's their responsibility! Management is rude and racist!! She lies about knowing the owner just to scare people! I have reported them to my case worker because something has to give!!! I feel sooo oppressed living here!!! This place makes me feel less of a human!!
I drove by and thought I should check out the place and as soon as I called Sherrell was able to answer all my questions. She also got me started on my application to make sure I could have a place as soon as possible. It has honestly been a such smooth process.
I honestly have to come back to edit my review because although the touring was great the application process after wasn’t. It took them a week and a half to tell me I was denied then when I asked why they said I would receive an email for it then never sent it to me. I don’t mind the denial but if it’s a simple fix I’d want to know. Just wish the communication was a little better. I also know it doesn’t take that long to not be approved so not sure what the issue was .
They deserve no stars!!!! Horrible place to live if you're on Section 8!!!! They dont like to wait for payments from housing and theyre always performing 5 day notices to vacate. They double charge for rent!!! They hike up trash, and water fees! The apartments are responsible for pest control maintenance on the Property and they're charging tenants for pest control!!! Property management tried to perform an illegal lock out on tenants who are on government assistance!!! Please Don't move here!!!!!!!
